Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag+ (GGBFS+)

GGBFS+ offers a sustainable alternative to traditional cement by repurposing GGBFS—a waste product from the iron and steel industry—into high-performance cementitious material as per IS 16714:2018. While conventional standards (IS 455:2015) permit up to 70% GGBFS usage, typical blends are limited to 45-50% due to strength concerns. GGBFS+ overcomes this limitation by enabling an additional 10% loading without compromising strength, significantly reducing overall costs. Being 100% clinker-free and activated through proprietary technology, GGBFS+ not only lowers CO₂ emissions but also supports a circular economy by effectively utilising industrial by-products.

Why GGBFS+ ?
