We’re delighted to share that Navocem Infra Industries Private Limited has been honoured with the Sustainable Technology & Innovation Award at the inaugural BSG Awards for Excellence in Sustainability! Recognizing ground-breaking achievements across peace, culture, education and sustainability, the first-ever BSG Awards celebrated changemakers whose work is forging a greener future.
The ceremony took place at the Chinmaya Mission Auditorium, New Delhi, on 3 September 2025, where 17 winners and 3 special mentions were selected from over 200 nominations by an eminent jury chaired by Prof. Bijayalaxmi Nanda. Mr. Amit Chandra, Chief Guest and Co-founder of the A.T.E. Chandra Foundation, presented the award to Navocem Infra’s leadership for pioneering low-carbon cement technologies and scalable green infrastructure solutions.
Mr. Amit Chandra observed, “True sustainability nurtures the relationships between people, nature, and institutions.” BSG Chairperson Mr. Vishesh Gupta added, “These awards celebrate individuals and organizations whose innovation is shaping a more resilient India.” As world leaders prepare for the upcoming UN Climate Conference, Navocem Infra’s award underscores the vital role of private-sector innovation in meeting our global climate goals.
